Heidi Montag on new reality show competition "Famous Food"

Heidi Montag, Reality television personality, recording artist, fashion designer mostly famous for her role in "The Hills" (an MTV reality show), is going tolaunch a new reality show competition "Famous Food," a VH1 series. She told MTV that the VH1 series was "a really competitive, cutthroat show." Montag goes up againstcelebs Ashley Dupre, Jake Pavelka, and Danielle Staub, among others.On Sunday July 3, 2011, Heidi launches the latest phase of her ever-evolving career. On the new VH1 reality show "Famous Food," she is back on reality TV, adding a newjob to her rsum: restaurateur. Montag insists she has what it takes to meet the challenge of launching a restaurant in Los Angeles' already bustling food scene.

"I grew up in the restaurant industry; my parents had a restaurant since I was 2 years old," she told MTV News. "There was nothing easy about 'Famous Food.'Really it was very difficult."Montag isn't the only big personality on the show. It also features famed call girl Ashley Dupre, Three 6 Mafia's DJ Paul and Juicy J, "Bachelor" starJake Pavelka, "Sopranos" star Vincent Pastore and feisty "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub.

"We have a certain amount of time until we have to open the actual restaurant, and you're individually competing, but you also have to work collectivelytogether as a group," she said. "So it's really hard whenever everyone thinks their opinion is right and they want to do it their way, but you have to agreeat the end of the day. So it was a really competitive, cutthroat show."

This 24 years old media personality, singer and celebutante wants to stay away from all the dramma and tries to be like, 'Ok, Lets open a restaurent.'
