Kim went to her dermatologist after discovering spots on her legs. She was told that she has Psoriasis, just like her mother. Kim started babbling on and on about how much pressure shes under to look perfect and blah blah blah.

She was told by the doctor to lead a slower paced life, to which she responded, Its just not possible.

She went on to say, My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People dont understand the pressure on me to look perfect. When I gain a pound, its in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?

We all know how the color replace tool in most photo editing software works, but nice try, Kim.
