Did Rachel Uchitel return nearly $10 million labeled 'hush money,' by TMZ?

Another interesting turn in the Tiger Woods sex scandal saga has emerged, Rachel has reportedly 'returned to sender' a massive amount of money over a reality TV appearance on Celebrity Rehab.

The deal may have been negotiated by Gloria Allred, a one-time attorney of Ms. Uchitel.

The report claims that Allred negotiated a settlement with Woods' attorneys after Uchitel decided to appear on the TV show for a 'love addiction.'

Woods' attorneys were adamant that she violated the agreement, and the deal would help Uchitel avoid any 'penalties' for violating the agreement.

However, Allred reportedly got to keep her fees in the deal and only Rachel's part of the settlement was returned to Tiger and now Uchitel feels like she was sold out, TMZ said.
