It looks like it didnt take actor Sean Penn long to get over his recent break up with Hollywood hottie Scarlett Johansson as the 50 year old was spotted late yesterday showing off his latest girlfriend Stacey Koplin as well as his veiny arms & muscled bod!

The couple were spotted hand in hand going for a jet ski ride in Malibu this week & sources reveal that Scarlett is said saddened with Sean hooking up so soon after her, & to rub salt into the actress wounds her divorce from Ryan Reynolds was finalised yesterday.
