Tobey Maguire found himself in some hot water after it was claimed that he was engaged in some illegal poker games. He was said to have won hundreds of thousands of dollars from Bradley Ruderman over what was claimed to be illegal games.
When Bradley’s company went under, he filed for bankruptcy and is suing Tobey to get his winnings back. He totally seems like a poor loser, even if he is in jail for his ponzi scheme.
Still, Tobey denies any wrongdoing in the case. He really shouldn’t have to pay anything back to that jerkoff. I’ve been a poker fan for many moons and this just doesn’t seem right. You don’t sue the people who you’ve lost to. Moron.
