TV best bets with returns of Hells Kitchen, Entourage, Top Gear - Atlanta Journal Constitution (blog)

entourage-season-8-airs-july-24

Its a world where someone is nicknamed Turtle, AquaMan was a huge hit and a biopic of Pablo Escobar wasnt. HBOs Entourage starts its eighth and final season Sunday. Vince, fresh out of rehab, is back with his buddies and seeking a comeback while Ari struggles with his personal life. Welcome back, guys, even for just a little while longer.

And speaking of Escobar, the late Colombian drug lord actually kept wild hippos. Animal Planet checks up on them 18 years after his death. And you have to love the TV title: Drug Kingpin Hippos. It sounds like a childhood game gone amuck and it airs Tuesday .

Foxs Hells Kitchen is back Monday for a ninth time and after previewing it, I have to say: its the same ol same ol if youre into that sort of thing. Historys Top Gear? Its back, too, trying to pick up after a disappointing first season, ratings wise.
