Youtube Looking Up Miley Cyrus Dress.

How can I find an mtv that I cant remember the name of the artist and the title of the song?
Its pretty clear on my mind although the lyrics would be jumbled and no one can read ones mind aint that right. I've tried leoslyrics.com and here and no one is answering. Its not a very old song though, Just when Miley Cyrus become popular in that bracket of timeline. I can remember the mtv, its a slow paced song and shes wearing a long white dress the song is about expressing how the fast paced life today is taking up her energy and she wanted to stop for a while and what in the I've been looking for this song for ages, can anyone help me? and please no more idiotic replys like look in the internet cause I am already there (duh?!) look in youtube or ask mtv or all that answers that wont help and just waste space. thank you very much.
