Dr. Klein Not Allowed To Testify In Michael Jackson Case

Dr. Conrad Murray

Dr. Conrad Murray is being charged with administering Propofol to Michael Jackson the day he died. The defense wanted to call Dr. Arnold Klein to testify with regard to his administering Demerol to the late singer.

However, the judge in the case ruled that Dr. Kleins testimony is irrelevant and therefore, he wont be allowed to take the stand.

A source close to the case said, Dr. Murrays lawyers were planning on asking Dr. Klein about Demerol that he allegedly prescribed to Michael Jackson in the days before he died. The defense was going to contend that Dr. Murray didnt know that Dr. Klein was giving Michael Jackson Demerol, at the same time he was giving him Propofol, to sleep.

The point of the matter is that this douchebucket shouldnt have been giving Michael (or anyone) Propofol outside of a hospital setting. And he shouldve weaned him off of that mess, its definitely an off-label use. I hope they fry this guy, I really do. Stop trying to pass the buck and start taking responsibility.
