It looks like it didnt take long for Paris Hilton to move on from her ex-boyfriend, Cy Waits. Apparently she has already moved on to The Hangover director, Todd Phillips. Interesting. It hasnt even been a couple of weeks since things went south between she and Cy, but shes already been photographed smooching this new guy. Weird, right?

Might she be trying to make Cy jealous? It just seems a little quick that she went from one guy to the other. I guess a good way to get over one man is to get under another? Or so they say. Youd think this guy would be afraid of the Herp. Oh well, its his prescription, right?

For him, a nice bonus for being papped with Paris is the fact that people will know his name now. Were hearing that its even possible that she could show up in The Hangover 3. Ugh. A move that will surely kill off the entire franchise completely.
