Rumer had been hanging out with her sister Scout, 19, and they decided to spend some sisterly time indulging in some retail therapy atFred Segal. Rumer was not shy for the paps and she strutted for the cameras loving getting her picture taken.

Meanwhile Rumer was recently seen hanging out and sipping smoothies in Studio City with Zac Efron, 23. The two were shopping at Urban Outfitters. Could there be a romance in the air?
