Casey Anthony Deposed In Zenaida Fernandez Civil Lawsuit

Casey Anthony gave a deposition in the non-existent nanny kidnapper case. She is being sued by Zenaida Fernandez, of whom is claiming that Casey defamed her during her murder trial.

Casey claimed that a woman of the same name kidnapped her daughter when she went missing in 2008. Cops found out that the infamous nanny never existed, but the real Zenaida came forward to say that her reputation was ruined after cops contacted her.

Zenaidas lawyer said that Casey was sporting a Philadelphia Phillies hat, along with a big pair of sunglasses and what looked to be a wig, during her deposition.

She answered several questions, but invoked her right to remain silent on a few occasions. We have to wonder why anyone would think she would tell the truth at this juncture? Its not like shes a beacon of honesty, right?
