In the wake of the cheating scandal surrounding Ashton Kutcher and his rumored mistress Sara Leal, weve heard that Demi Moore has been consulting with a divorce attorney. Can you blame her?!?

She has already reportedly had her last ditch effort to save her marriage, so shes been seeking out the advice of a lawyer. Ashton was said to be cheating on Demi with Sara when he shouldve been celebrating his sixth wedding anniversary with Demi.

An insider said, Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce. The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets. She is worth about $132 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered.

The snitch went on to reveal, She desperately wanted to save their marriage. But the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to deny because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying.
